Service Description

The American Heart Association's Family & Friends CPR Course teaches the lifesaving skills of adult hands-only CPR, adult CPR with breaths, child CPR, adult/child AED use, infant CPR, and choking relief for adults, children, and infants. This class is intended for anyone who wants to learn CPR, but does not need a CPR course completion card to meet a job or school requirement. You will receive a participation card. (This is not a certification card.) This course is ideal for community groups, parents, grandparents, caregivers, schools and students, and others interested in learning how to save a life. *If you would like to schedule a group class for a function, family members, students or friends please contact 412.212.6840.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are final and non-refundable. American Heart Association Materials Requirement: Effective October 2025, the American Heart Association requires that each student have their own course manual and/or workbook for all classes for participant to reference during and post class. Students have the following options: Purchase the required materials independently using the provided link for AHA shop CPR prior to class, or Purchase the materials from HOHC at the time of the booking as an add-on, in which the printed manual will be provided at class for you.

Hands Over Hearts CPR, LLC is independently owned by a nurse in PA, who is an authorized training provider for American Heart Association & American Red Cross. We are also PQAS certified.

We are making a difference by educating all ages of individuals to save lives one person at a time.

We offer classes in four locations currently in the Pittsburgh area and are willing to bring our classes to you!
